Terms and Conditions of Service

Humble Deliveries LLC

1. Scope of Services

  • Humble Deliveries LLC provides same-day and next-day courier services, including transportation of medical equipment, specimens, temperature-sensitive products, pharmaceuticals, laboratory results, and other mutually agreed-upon items. All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

2. On-Demand Deliveries

  • We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all delivery requests; however, due to the nature of on-demand logistics, we do not guarantee availability of drivers or vehicles at specific times. Acceptance of each order is at our sole discretion.

3. Delivery Requirements

  • – If no signature is required, deliveries may be left at the front door (residential) or with any authorized recipient (commercial).
  • – If delivery to a specific person or area is required, this must be clearly stated in the order instructions.
  • – If a business is closed or inaccessible at the time of delivery and no alternate instructions are provided, the package will be returned, and return fees may apply.

4. Temperature-Sensitive Items

  • We are not liable for any damage to temperature-sensitive items due to packaging or transit. Clients are responsible for properly insulating, icing, or preparing temperature-sensitive shipments. Upon request, we may attempt to store items temporarily, but this is not guaranteed, and liability is not assumed.

5. Package Value & Insurance

  • All packages are covered up to a maximum of $200.00 per shipment. If a shipment exceeds this value, it is the client’s responsibility to:
  • – Notify us in writing of the declared value at the time of order, and
  • – Purchase additional insurance coverage through a third party.
  • Failure to declare value will limit our liability to $200.00. Under no circumstances will we be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages.

6. Claims Process

  • All claims for loss, damage, or missing items must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery. Upon receipt, Humble Deliveries LLC will have 7 business days to investigate and respond. Clients agree to provide all necessary documentation. No claim will be honored after the 5-day period.

7. Prohibited Items

  • You may not ship any illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials under federal, state, or local law. We reserve the right to reject any package at our discretion.

8. Billing and Payment

  • All charges are based on our current rate sheet, which may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect. Invoices are due net 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to apply late fees or suspend service due to non-payment.

9. HIPAA & Confidentiality

  • For medical deliveries involving PHI (Protected Health Information), Humble Deliveries LLC complies with HIPAA regulations. All sensitive data will be protected and only shared with authorized personnel. Clients are expected to disclose any relevant HIPAA requirements before service begins.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Humble Deliveries LLC shall not be liable for delays, lost shipments, or damages arising from:
  • – Weather or natural disasters
  • – Improper packaging by the sender
  • – Acts of God or force majeure
  • – Instructions provided by the client
  • Liability is strictly limited to the declared value, or $200.00 if no value is declared.

11. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for noncompliance with these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Final Note

  • If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our services. Continued use of our platform or services constitutes your acceptance.
